Player Handicaps are calculated based on the USGA Handicap System, modified to make quicker use for our league. 

Handicaps are calculated based on the average of the lowest differentials a player has. The number of differentials used is dependent on the amount of rounds that have been played. 

2 Rounds or less takes the one lowest differential

3-5 Rounds takes the average of the lowest 2 differentials

6-8 Rounds takes the average of the lowest 3 differentials

9+ Rounds takes the average of the lowest 4 differentials

Differentials are calculated based on the slope and rating of the 9 Hole course played. The slope and rating are taken directly from the USGA GHIN Database. 

Subs or players that have not played prior to point scoring weeks will start with a handicap of a 9 until they post a score to be used to calculate their handicap.
